The tutorials use practical examples from Hamster Handels GmbH to show how you use MatchLytics-Assessment in the application process: from advertising a position and comparing many applicants to hiring.

1. Advertising a position – create a position, invite an applicant and evaluate how well the applicant matches the position.
2. Comparing many applicants – invite several applicants, sort them by match and export the list as CSV.
3. Hiring an applicant – hand over the selected applicant as an employee to MatchLytics-Management or move the application.
