Menu overview

Purpose

The menu on the left gives you access to all areas of MatchLytics-Assessment. This overview shows what each menu item contains and where it is described in detail.

Who can see this?

All roles (Administrator, Team leader, User) see the same four menu items if MatchLytics-Assessment is enabled for your account.

Layout

1. Current – Opens the start page with the active positions and the number of their invitations and portraits. From there, one click takes you to the applications of a position.
2. Applications – Lists the applicants of the selected position by match with the job profile, the best first. Here you open the results of an applicant; administrators can also hire the applicant or move the application.
3. Invitations – Shows the invitations of the selected position and invites new applicants by email. Each invitation contains a link to the questionnaire from which the applicant’s motivation profile is created.
4. Positions – Manages the positions whose job profile the applicants are compared with. Only an administrator can create them; editing and archiving require administrator rights or write permission of the assigned team.

Menu items

The four menu items follow the path of a position: Positions produce Invitations, these produce Applications, and Current summarizes the status per position. The menu is the same for all roles, but the data behind it depends on the role. Team leaders and users, for example, usually see no positions because positions are not assigned to a team (see General workflow).

Select a position

The Position field decides which invitations and which applicants the tables show and which rows the CSV download contains. It offers the non-archived positions of your company, and the first one is preselected. On Current, you take over a position by clicking APPLICATIONS in its row.

1. Open Applications or Invitations.
2. Click the Position field and select a position from the list. You can also type part of the name.

The table loads the data of the selected position. The selection applies to both pages until you reload the page; then the first position is selected again. If there is no active position, the field reports “No positions found”.
