Login and start

Purpose

MatchLytics-Assessment has no login of its own. You sign in to the Controlboard and open the application via its product card or via a link. You then see the Current start page with your positions and their status.

Who can see this?

All roles (Administrator, Team leader, User) with a user account in the Controlboard. Prerequisite: MatchLytics-Assessment is enabled for your account. Otherwise, the No access page appears after login. Only administrators see the product card in the Controlboard. For administrators, the start page lists all active positions; for team leaders and users it is usually empty and shows the note “There are no positions for your teams.” because positions are not assigned to a team.

Layout

1. Position – Name of the position as you assigned it under Positions. The table shows only active positions, that is, positions that are not archived.
2. Invitations – Number of applicants invited to this position, even if they have not yet answered the questionnaire. The number results from the invitations under Invitations.
3. Portraits – Number of completed applicant profiles for this position, that is, the questionnaires that applicants have answered in full. Only for these applicants are there results under Applications.
4. APPLICATIONS – Opens the Applications page with the position of this row in the Position field. The selection then also applies on the Invitations page.
5. Refresh – The circular arrow above the table fetches the numbers from the server again. It does not change any data.

Functions

Sign in to the Controlboard

MatchLytics-Assessment has no login of its own: the Controlboard signs you in and passes your sign-in on to the application when you click a product card. The MatchLytics Assessment card only appears if the application is enabled for your company, and it is shown to administrators only. Team leaders and users open the application via a link (see the next section).

1. Open the Controlboard and sign in with your email address and password. Details: Controlboard – Login.

   

2. The Applications area shows all applications enabled for your account. As an administrator, click the MatchLytics Assessment card.

   

3. MatchLytics-Assessment opens in the same browser tab with the Current start page.

You are signed in there without entering a password. You return to the Controlboard with the Control Board button in the profile menu. No email is sent.

Open MatchLytics-Assessment directly

Team leaders and users see no product card and reach the application via a link or bookmark. Without a sign-in, the Re Authentication page appears with the notice “This application needs to be authenticated via the Controlboard.”, and the application remembers the requested address. If MatchLytics-Assessment is not enabled for your company, the Controlboard takes you to the documentation overview instead.

1. Click Login so that the application opens the Controlboard and remembers the page you requested.
2. Sign in to the Controlboard if you are not signed in there yet; otherwise this step does not apply.
3. The Controlboard takes you back to the requested page in MatchLytics-Assessment and passes your sign-in on.

You land on the page you originally requested and work as you would after the route via the product card. No data is changed and no emails are sent.

Open the applications for a position

The start page shows for each position how far the selection process has come: how many applicants were invited and how many completed their questionnaire. The button at the end of the row transfers the position to the Position field and jumps to the applicant list, which is sorted by match with the job profile.

1. On the Current page, find the row of the position.
2. Click APPLICATIONS at the end of the row.

The Applications page opens with the position of the row in the Position field. Nothing is changed, and no emails are sent.

Refresh the numbers

The numbers on the start page count the invitations and the completed questionnaires of the active positions. They change as soon as you invite someone or applicants complete their questionnaire. The button fetches the current status without reloading the page.

Click Refresh (circular arrow) above the table.

The number of invitations and portraits is reloaded. The server keeps the numbers in a cache for up to 60 seconds, so an invitation or a completed profile that was just created may only appear after a short time. Refreshing does not change any data.
