To be able to use the Call-Assistant, a corresponding project must be stored and configured. This project must be selected in the home area of the Call Assistant.

Projects for the Call Assistant can be configured in the Call Leader and are always assigned to a fixed workgroup. The Call-Leader is the central administration system for all settings.

Projects In the area Projects a new project can be created for a workgroup. Existing projects can be edited or archived here.

Creating a project A project is given a name by which it can be selected in the Call Assistant. In a project, individual greeting suggestions can be defined for four TwentyFive motivation types. These texts will be shown to the user at the beginning of a call in the Call-Assistant after the greeting has been analyzed.
