Workspaces
The PWA for administering a portrait store contains four menu items to provide the functions named under Tasks.
- Admin
- Current
- Invoices
- Products
- Verkäufe
For users with the property/rights “Admin” another menu item is visible. This is located under the menu item “Invoices” in the last position. To the Admin area belongs only a dialogue, in which the data of the payment gateway are maintainable. There the authorized user of the customer enters this data (e.g. from Paypal).
In this area the current sales are listed. When entering the PWA, the menu item “Current” is always displayed first. This gives the user a quick overview of all new sales. By clicking on one of the “RESULTS” buttons, the user can jump to the “Sales” area and select the respective product.
All invoices and external transactions that arise in the process of selling Motivational Portraits are listed in this section. By defining filters, the listing can be limited to a period, products, …. A maximum of 500 entries are shown in the list. The list can be exported as a CSV file. Using the buttons “INVOICE” and “TRANSACTION” the data of these parts of the sales process can be viewed in a dialog/popup.
The management of the products should be similar to the management of projects and jobs in the other PWAs. All defined products are visible in a list. The properties of a product can be maintained in a dialog that opens after pressing the small arrow on the left edge of the list. With the buttons/icons on the right edge of the list, the history of changes to a product can be viewed and archiving can be performed for the product.
In the “Sales” area all sales of the selected product are listed. The selection of the product is done with a button in the headline or by preselection in the “Current” area by pressing a “RESULTS” button. The listing of the sales is done in the default case (without changing a sort order or configuring a filter) always in the order of the sale. The current/last sales are at the top of the list.
