This book aims to provide transparency in several respects. First, it describes the ways in which we can perceive and analyze a person’s personality even in its unconscious structures. Thereby it is explained in detail how a ranking questionnaire should be developed or how the text analysis should be structured. With the described analysis algorithms you get a “construction manual” for the creation of a deep motivation and communication analysis. In the chapter “Personalities” it becomes clear how knowledge in the sense of all participants can provide for better decisions. On the one hand, this concerns well-being, and on the other hand, it has positive economic consequences if we take our emotions seriously. In all of this, the requirements for a method of motivational analysis that meets ethical standards must be taken into account.

Christoph Hofmański has developed the Deep Motivation Analysis and the method ‘TwentyFive’. He uses his experience in consulting companies and private clients. With his books he wants to make a contribution for an understanding cooperation.

Bastian Fröhlich completed his Bachelor in General Management with Business Psychology and Finance in 2017. His focus is on idea analysis and application in an organization-specific context with integration in everyday life. Dr. Matthias Boldt is a computer scientist and entrepreneur.
