Job postings: Jobs

Job postings are the basis for sending invitations and comparing job templates for jobs with the motivational portraits of applicants. To do this, select the menu item “Jobs” (with the suitcase icon) in the side menu.

Creating a job posting

A user with admin role may create new job postings. To do this, click the “NEW JOB POSTING” button in the “Jobs” menu. In the next step you assign the name for the job posting and save it with the checkmark next to the input field. The applicants will later see the job under this name.

Create project

Then the job must be set for further processing as well as inviting applicants. The job posting can be edited and renamed after it has been created. The title of the advertised job and the description can be adjusted using the pencil icon.

Edit project

A job posting consists of the job profile and privacy settings. For the job profile, you select a template (1), which is stored as a reference profile for the advertised job. This can be individually adapted to the expected activities (4). With this job template created in this way, the motivation portraits of the applicants are compared with regard to their suitability.

By selecting the questionnaire (3) you determine whether the applicants answer 25 or only 5 questions to create their portrait.

By optionally selecting a workgroup (1) you give their team leader the opportunity to view the motivational portraits and comparisons of the applicants in the MatchLytics-Managment tool.

The privacy settings define how long general files, job data, one-time user data, and results are stored. Initially, 100 days is preconfigured. You can adjust this according to the regulations and specifications that apply in your company.

Filters and project settings

Privacy settings

Each job posting contains privacy settings. The time periods for keeping an applicant’s data are defined in days in the job profile. - General files: Data selected or entered by the applicant when filling in the questionnaire - Order data: Order data for creating the portrait for an applicant - One-time user data: data of the applicant (name and e-mail address) - Results: Portrait of the applicant

The periods for storing the data can be individually adjusted and changed by the user or administrator of the job posting. After the configured days for data storage have expired, the corresponding data is completely deleted and cannot be restored.

Filter

Job postings can be filtered by archived and active postings via “Filter”.

Archive and restore job posting

The “Archive” button can be used to archive an active job posting. Archived job postings are no longer displayed as current.

An archived job posting can be reactivated via the “Restore” button. The job will then be listed again in the “Current” area.
