Project Setup — Functionality

- Auto-generation Mode
- Determines which requests should have responses generated automatically.
- Disabled: No automatic responses are generated. All requests must be handled manually.
- Filtered: Automatic responses are only generated for requests that meet certain criteria.
- All: Automatic responses are generated for all requests.
- Filter Configuration
- Defines the criteria used for automatic response generation.
- Filter by length: Automatic responses are only generated for requests that exceed a minimum length.
- Filter emoji-only requests: Requests consisting solely of emojis are excluded from automatic response generation.
- AI pre-filter: Requests flagged as unsuitable by an AI-based pre-filter are excluded from automatic response generation.
- Filter combination mode: Determines whether any of the selected filter criteria must be met for an automatic response (OR), or whether all selected criteria must be met (AND).
- Analysis Mode
- Determines which requests the AI should analyze in order to categorize them with labels.
- Disabled: No analysis is performed.
- Generated responses only: Only requests that received an automatic response are analyzed.
- All requests: All requests are analyzed.
- Labels
- Define labels to be used for categorizing requests. For example, you can specify different categories or topics relevant to your service requests, so the AI can categorize them accordingly.
- Response Quality
- Evaluate the quality of generated responses using AI-driven rules.
- Responses with a poor rating can be automatically revised.
- To ensure quality, you can define quality criteria that are taken into account when evaluating responses.
