PPT exports
Purpose
The PPT exports create PowerPoint files (PPTX) on motivation profiles from MatchLytics-Management and MatchLytics-Assessment. There are three exports: the motivation profile of one person, the team motivation profile and the comparison of motivation profiles. Each file has a fixed structure of a title slide, evaluation slides and a contact slide with the name and logo of your company.
Who can see this?
The buttons exist only in MatchLytics-Management and MatchLytics-Assessment, if the product is enabled for your account. Who can start which export is shown in the Who column of the table “Where to start the exports” in the section The three exports.
A completed motivation profile is always required: for the person, for the members of the team and for both sources of the comparison.

The slide count includes the title slide and the contact slide. <name> is the name of the person and <team name> the name of the team, as the app displays them.

The pages describe Employees and motivation profiles, Regular meetings, Applications in MatchLytics-Management, Applications in MatchLytics-Assessment, Invitations, Team Profile and Synergy Analysis. The team permissions are explained in Teams and permissions.
The cards in the Interview Guidelines tab offer only the PDF guideline. You download the motivation profile as PowerPoint in the Motivation Profile and Employee Portrait tabs.
Language
The app creates the file in the language of the user interface that is set when you click the button. The slides have templates in German and English. If the interface is set to another language, for example French or Korean, the file is created in English. This applies to all three exports.
The language for documents and emails that administrators choose in the Controlboard under Settings › Customer does not change the language of the PPT exports. You set the interface language in the language menu (see Localization and Language).
Company name and logo
The last slide of every export is the contact slide. Under “For further information, please contact:” it shows the name and logo of your company. Below that, it names sense.AI.tion GmbH under “Generated with MatchLytics by:”.
Name and logo come from the account of your company. Administrators upload the logo in the Controlboard under Settings › Customer with Upload logo (see Settings).
Logging
Every export of a motivation profile is recorded in the history of the person whose profile you download. The entry shows the time, the action “Read” and the user who downloaded the file. The export of the team motivation profile and the comparison of motivation profiles do not create such an entry.
Administrators open the history under Administration › Users & Teams › User with the History icon. The dialog is titled History (see Teams and permissions).
Opening the file
The exports are PPTX files. You open them with Microsoft PowerPoint, LibreOffice Impress, Google Slides or Keynote.

Notes
The team motivation profile contains at most the first 20 members with a motivation profile. If your selection has more members, the Team Profile page shows the note “The PowerPoint contains the first 20 members.” below the button. Blocked members without a name are not part of the export. For the comparison, the file always contains the pair analyzed last, even if you changed the selection afterwards.
Use the PPT exports
The PPT exports are part of MatchLytics-Management and MatchLytics-Assessment. You can order both products (or request a trial account) at MatchLytics-Management and MatchLytics-Assessment.
