A Sentiment Analysis analyzes a text for its sentiments, i.e. whether it contains positive or negative statements. It thus provides the statement whether the content as a whole and in parts has been formulated positively or negatively.

This sentiment analysis is a contextual mining of text that identifies and evaluates information within it. This can be used, for example, with companies to check the social sentiment of the brand, a product or service. It helps to get an objective opinion about texts, speeches or communications. Whether it is an email, a cover letter or a presentation, the sentiment analysis shows the mood as a result in the simplest way.
