The seven levels of TwentyFive
People are different and each individual is diverse and multi-layered within themselves. How we feel and what is most important to us right now depends on many factors.
For better understanding, we design a hierarchical order, describing the seven levels, from drivers to self-reflection.
Driving forces (implicit motives): The pursuit of power, achievement, contact and freedom drives us forward. And everyone sets his own priorities in the process.
Basic Needs: These are the vital needs for assertion, security, recognition, cognition, empathy, and belonging.
Orientation: Looking at the future, present and past or related to ourselves, our partners or groups we notice if, when and how we have to act.
Situation: We compare ourselves with our environment and our tasks. How do we evaluate the current situation when it comes to our existential needs?
Preferences: On what basis and how do we make our decisions: Intuiting, thinking, perceiving and feeling?
Focus: For conscious planning of our activities, we are focused on facts, emotions, meaning, processes or on results.
Imperative self-image: How do we evaluate what we do or refrain from doing? What do we allow ourselves to do and what do we forbid ourselves to do?
