Knowledge of methods
The publishing house Texorello has published some books on the TwentyFive topics. An overview of the books in the category ’non-fiction personality’ can be found here: Deep Motivation
There is a small book for each motivation type: Personality Types
TwentyFive - From the forces of the unconscious (by Christoph Hofmański) There are 25 strong guys in the inner team who all want to achieve something vital. Maybe there are many more. But, these TwentyFive are challenge enough. Those who have their whole emotionally highly explosive team behind them go their way without inner resistance and with a beaming smile. It’s no surprise that this powerfully positive mood has an effect on those around you. If I can take good care of myself, then there will be time and strength and understanding for you. TwentyFive - The Method (by Christoph Hofmański, Bastian Fröhlich, Dr. Matthias Boldt) This book aims to provide transparency in several respects. First, it describes the ways in which we can perceive and analyze a person’s personality, including its unconscious structures. Thereby it is explained in detail how a ranking questionnaire should be developed or how text analysis should be structured. With the described analysis algorithms you get a “construction manual” for the creation of a deep motivation and communication analysis. To the book description
The method TwentyFive … Theoretical derivation (by Prof. David Scheffer and Bastian Fröhlich) The method TwentyFive is assigned to differential psychology and serves the goal of understanding oneself and others better. The focus is mainly on the opposing motivations and orientations. Development resources can be identified from the resulting emotional conflicts. In contrast to many personality tests, it assumes a situationally adapting, conflicting system of motivations and orientations. In order to do justice to the complexity and dynamics of the soul, TwentyFive attempts to describe a person’s personality in as differentiated and holistic a manner as is appropriate to the complexity and dynamics of the human mind.
