InnovatorDecision

An innovator compares alternatives with his own evaluation criteria. What meets my requirements best? He scrutinizes product or service descriptions, quality checks, expert opinions, comparative tests, critical reports.

Then he looks at the various alternatives. With what can I better realize my visions? He sees potential successes, profits, speed, independence, advancement.

Basic needs provide further guidance for our decisions.

Assertion: If I want to assert myself, I have to be strong. Sports activities are important for me, where I can train my strength and win. I like fast cars. I don’t want to be blocked by emotions on my way, but in the end I want to achieve something that also releases positive emotions in all concerned. For me, a life is meaningful when I am free to develop spiritually and can determine for myself what is good for me and my loved ones. I am a spiritually free person who goes his own way.

Recognition: If I want to be recognized, I have to be particularly attractive. It’s important to me to stand out from others. Whether it’s cars, outfits or tattoos, it should be something special. Whether it’s for the path I take or the goal I achieve, I want to be able to be proud. I only get recognition when I don’t trigger negative feelings. For me, a life that allows me to conscientiously follow my own path is meaningful. I want to make a valuable contribution that I can be proud of. My behavior should be exemplary.
