For the needs of assertion and empathy, openness, emotional closeness and positive advancement are important. Everything that comes across as “emotionally cold” or restricts freedom is perceived as hard and negative. It is also good for the partnership to be able to trust each other on the way to common goals. The designer needs openness and enough space for himself.
