AssistantWellbeing

An assistant is doing well when his or her most important needs are being served: Being well integrated, comfortable, experiencing being part of a group, talking to each other and having fun. Being safe, recognizing risks early, protecting and preserving everything important, providing continuity, reliability and order. To do this, he needs above all lively communication with people who form a community with him and attentive perception of his environment so that he can react quickly if necessary.
