Researchers prefer individual work, but like to coordinate with colleagues and supervisors to move in the right direction.

Successful researchers use the quality awareness, conscientiousness and problem-solving skills appropriate to their personality, as well as their analytical and intellectual abilities. They are curious in a positive sense. And that should be in demand in the work environment.
