ModeratorCareer

In his or her professional career, a facilitator strives to work responsibly with and for people. This can be done independently, for example in the healing professions, or integrated into smaller units, for example in nursing services or counseling institutions. It is important to have a good working atmosphere and to be able to trust each other in the work. This requires an atmosphere of open discussion. It is important to have time for each other in order to be able to dedicate oneself holistically to the moderator, and reflection (feedback, supervision) are important.

Successful facilitators use the special experiences and skills that correspond to their personality, such as empathy and imagination, identification, intuition and unprejudiced, holistic perception.
