InnovatorMotivation
Innovators are positively motivated when they have the freedom to develop something new. They want to be proud of what they have achieved. So it has to be something special that deserves recognition.
When they want to achieve something, they use their professional powers of persuasion and their rational critical faculties. Depending on the situation, the needs for belonging, security and empathy may also become apparent. Mostly, however, the desires to create something unique and to assert themselves with it have the highest priority.
Emotionally, they are characterized by the needs for enforcement and recognition.
The motivation for enforcement strives for growth and likes change. Stagnation is regression and only those who dare win are typical statements of this orientation. When we see attractive goals in front of us, it increases the power to commit ourselves. We fight for our visions.
The recognition motive wants us to be seen and heard positively. It strives for individuality and wants to be proud of our own achievements. Therefore, we like to ensure quality in every respect and improve our skills.
